This Intellegant.com Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we (Intellegant Sprl, “we” or “us”), in our quality as data controller pursuant to the applicable data protection law, collect and use information pertaining to each of our unregistered visitors and registered users, (each, a “Visitor” or “User” (respectively), or “you”), in connection with their access to and use of this website and related services and engagement (collectively, the “Services”).

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which has been duly appointed as data processor by us. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data have been originally collected and, in any case, within the time limits set forth by applicable laws and regulations, as well as to enforce or protect our rights (consistent with the retention periods and statutes of limitations provided for by the law), where necessary.
Data is only shared or disclosed with third parties under the following conditions: as part of potential legal proceedings; and with Wix.com as a function of their hosting service.
Intellegant will not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area. To provide their services, Wix uses servers in both the EU and the US. If any data is transferred to the US as part of Wix services, Wix uses the Privacy Shield framework to ensure that these EU-US transfers are held to the highest standards of data protection.
How do we communicate with site visitors?
We will only contact you if you sign up to receive our messages, in email or another format. These messages will be regarding information, promotions, news, and other such content, and occasionally updates to policies such as this one.
